Retail Sales Associate with Visual Responsibility at Hemtex in Kållered

We are now looking for a results-oriented retail sales associate with a sense of service for our new store in Kållered, with a strong interest in the visual aspects of retail!

As a sales associate with visual responsibility, you work daily with your colleagues based on our values and customer promises towards set sales targets. By being businesslike, inspiring, and dedicated, you deliver top-quality service in every customer interaction. In the role of sales associate with visual responsibility, you plan and structure the visual work in the store together with the Store Manager. In addition to your regular store duties, you contribute your expertise to create insight and understanding of mechanical sales in the store, among other things by;

• Ensuring correct signage and communication based on given guidelines
• Coaching other store employees in Hemtex concepts and guidelines for product placement
• Creating a visually inspiring and commercial store environment in accordance with Hemtex concepts together with the team.

Scope: The position is a permanent employment and the scope is approximately 20-25 hours per week.
